Main Tasks 
Enforcing  the  Code  of  Conduct  requirements to all supply chain within the Group.

Performing   social  compliance  audits  and  Quick  Scans  in  the manufacturers  and  suppliers producing for the s.Oliver Group, and preparing an accurate report on each audit 

 

Assessing supplier progress toward the fulfilment of the Corrective Action  Plans  during  monthly or quarterly visits and preparing an accurate report on each visit Assist  and advise suppliers on how best to fulfil the requirements of the Corrective Action Plans;
        
Building  up  confidence  between  the supply chain, Sustainability Team and s.Oliver;

Job specification / requirements:
 
In depth knowledge of labour and social law;
Knowledge   of   performing   social   audits  in  accordance  with internationally approved standards (FLA, BSCI, WRAP, etc);
Knowledge of the garment industry with 2 years experience in social compliance field;
Good  interpersonal  skills,  high  integrity and able to work as a team;
Computer: Excel / Word;
Good command of oral and written English and Indonesia
Willing to travel
