To keep up with our organizational dynamics, especially in our West Java Operation, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:
HR Manager Factory [code: HRF]
Responsibilities:
- Manage all of HR functions in the plant.
- To perform, implement, monitor, and evaluate periodically the HR policy and procedure.
- Handles various industrial relations related work
- Ensure that buyer's compliance standard and policy is implemented and run in all aspects of manufacturing process
- Maintain good relations with all stakeholders in HR related area.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
- At least 3 (three) years as HR Manager in labor intensive manufacturing industry
- Well-versed in Indonesia Labor Act or Manpower regulation and competent in handling employee relation issues (employee cases, contracts, etc)
- Able to develop good industrial relation with government officers such as Kemnakertrans, Police Dept., and Jamsostek
- Responsible, fast learner, hard worker, having the integrity and trustworthy
- Willing to be located in West Java area
